This site has no accounts, forms or advertising trackers. We receive the information you choose to send us by email (such as your name, organization, email address and message). Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested in order to deliver and secure the site.
We use this information to reply to inquiries, evaluate and negotiate a possible transaction, keep business records, protect the site against abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations. By contacting us, you consent to these uses.
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers (for example our email provider and Cloudflare), with an escrow service once a transaction proceeds, and where required by law. Some of these providers may process data outside Québec and Canada.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal or accounting retention, then delete or anonymize it. We apply reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
